Agreement
These terms govern your use of the Nexvik website and any information presented on it. Paid work is governed by a separate written proposal or statement of work; where that document conflicts with these terms, the signed document takes precedence.
Use of this site
You may browse and share this site for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities, scrape it at volume, or misrepresent your affiliation with Nexvik.
Services and scope
Each engagement defines its own scope, deliverables, timeline and fees. Work outside an agreed scope is quoted separately. Delivery depends on the client providing timely access to systems, data and decision-makers.
Client responsibilities
Clients confirm they have the right to share any data or credentials provided to us, and that doing so does not breach a third-party agreement or applicable law. Clients are responsible for reviewing automated outputs before relying on them in regulated, financial or safety-critical contexts.
AI outputs
AI systems are probabilistic and can produce incorrect or incomplete results. We design escalation and review controls where appropriate, but we do not warrant that any automated output will be accurate, complete or fit for a specific purpose without human oversight.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding and materials remain the property of Nexvik. On full payment, clients own the custom configurations and deliverables built for them, excluding our pre-existing tools, frameworks and know-how, which we license for use within the delivered solution.
Third-party services
Solutions may rely on third-party platforms and APIs. Their availability, pricing and terms are outside our control, and we are not liable for changes or outages caused by those providers.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexvik is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or data. Our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the preceding three months.
